In doing so, the Investment Management group is responsible for: Equity Capital; Fund Management; and Investor Relations & Reporting.
Source the appropriate equity capital required for WNRA's investment strategies. Maintain close investment ties with top institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. Structure, market and close comingled private-equity real estate funds, including WNRA-sponsored Western National Realty Fund I, LLC ($50,000,000 of equity capital) and Western National Realty Fund II, L.P. (~$225,000,000 of equity capital).
Implement and monitor the firm's investments to ensure compliance with partnership / fund strategies with the goal of maximizing returns while minimizing investment risk. As these real estate portfolios are built, strategize to develop concise portfolio objectives and ensure execution.
Oversee investor reporting / communications to provide timely information on our partners' investments, be it scheduled performance meetings, advisory board meetings, or detailed quarterly and annual reporting on fund performance.
